・The workshop consists of card game in which participants can take the role of a mayor and compose their own SDGs measures and participate proactively.
・The initiatives written on distributed cards are modeled after those implemented somewhere in the world (Host city of the event, other municipalities, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, overseas cities, etc.), but all are fictitious.
・Participants choose 10 cards and create their own combination, while imagining what kind of city they would like to create.
・The cards are labeled with points and money to be spent, and the game is completed when points are achieved within budget.
・After the game is completed, participants review what kind of city they would like to create through SDGs initiatives and their commitment as mayor, based on the cards they have chosen.
