◆概要
読売ジャイアンツでのプレー経験をもつOBが所属する「ジャイアンツアカデミー」のコーチ達や、球団公式マスコットのジャビットらと一緒に、調布市内の多摩川河川敷でゴミ拾い活動を行った。清掃活動後には、野球未経験者でも参加可能な野球教室も実施。イベント終了後には、参加者全員にジャイアンツグッズ等をプレゼントする。

場所：多摩川河川敷
◆参加者
事前応募によって集まったファンクラブ会員や市内の小中学生ら約100人
◆活動内容
参加者は上流・下流のそれぞれ約1キロメートルに渡り、土手側・川側の4つのグループに分かれて清掃活動を行った。
集まったごみの中で汚れていないペットボトルは，この日特別協賛として参加したセントラル・リーグ公式戦のタイトルパートナーでエネルギー会社の株式会社JERAが資源として回収した。
【Summary】
Participants picked up trash along the Tamagawa riverbed in Chofu City with Coaches from the "Giants Academy," a group of former players who have played for the Yomiuri Giants, and the team's official mascot, Giabbit in Chofu City.
After the cleanup activity, a baseball school was held, in which even inexperienced players could participate.
After the event, all participants were given Giants goods and other prizes.

【Details of the Cleanup】
Participants were divided into four groups, one on the bank side and one on the river side, cleaned up about 1 km of upstream and downstream respectively.
Clean plastic bottles were collected as recyclable waste by JERA Corporation, an energy company and title partner of the Central League, participated as a special sponsor of the event.
