緊急事態宣言下の令和3年6月6日（日）に、令和2年度に策定した小平第三次環境基本計画のキックオフイベントとして、「こだいら環境シンポジウム ～10年後の豊かな環境に向けて～」をWeb配信と会場観覧（市民文化会館 ルネこだいら 中ホール）のハイブリッドで開催しました。
本イベントは令和2年度に策定した小平市第三次環境基本計画のキックオフイベントとして、市の環境への取組を幅広い世代に普及するために開催したものです。
出演者からは、気象の視点から見た気候変動の影響と未来の気候についての講話、そして市民目線で考える地球温暖化やその具体的な取組を、お聞きすることができました。

On June 6, 2021 (Sunday), under the emergency declaration, the Kodaira Environmental Symposium "Toward a Prosperous Environment 10 Years from Now" was held as a kick-off event for the Kodaira Third Environmental Basic Plan formulated in fiscal 2020, with a hybrid of online streaming and on-site viewing at the Middle Hall of Kodaira Citizens’ Cultural Center Rene-Kodaira.
The purpose of this event is to promote the City's environmental activities to a wide range of generations.
The speakers gave a lecture on the effects of climate change and future weather from a meteorological perspective, as well as global warming from a citizen's viewpoint and specific actions that can be taken to address the issue.
