江東区では、2050年までに温室効果ガスの排出を、全体としてゼロにする「ゼロカーボンシティ江東区」を目指しています。
環境への意識を高めるため、「江東区環境検定」を実施しています。

区内在住・在学・在勤の方5,000人
問題のレベルは中学生以上ですが、中学生未満も受検可

【出題テーマ・出題数】
「地球温暖化」「自然との共生」「資源循環型社会」「江東区環境問題」の4つをテーマとし、江東区の身近な環境から世界規模にいたる範囲まで、60問出題。
出題形式は二肢択一。
出題範囲における環境に関する知識を分かりやすく掲載したデジタル参考書・対策問題集を、江東区環境検定公式サイトにて公開。

・環境問題に対して自分にできることは何か、考えるきっかけになります。
・6割以上の正解で合格、オンラインで認定証を発行。

Themes and number of questions
60 questions were based on the four themes of "Global Warming," "Coexistence with Nature," "Resource Recycling Society," and "Environmental Issues in Koto City”. The questions covering a wide range of topics from the immediate environment of Koto City to the global scale. The format of the questions is a two-alternative test.
